Freestyle Race

The first of seven in the Ute Cup Nordic Series. This event is held on the high school tracks adjacent to the AVSC Clubhouse. This is a freestyle race of 5K or 10k for all ages and 1K and 3K for juniors. Sponsored by Aspen Valley Ski & Snowboard Club and Ute Mountaineer.

Where: Aspen High School Tracks (all starts at Upper Moore Ball Field)

When: December 14th - 3, 5 & 10K at 10am / 1K at 11am

Online Registration Only: Available until 9am race morning. $15 juniors/ $20 adults through 11:59pm Dec 13. ($20 juniors / $25 adults from 12am-9am race day). 1K Race $10 junior ($15 race day). Bib Pickup: Begins at 9am at tent on Upper Moore Ball Field
Races & Start Time: 5K (all ages), 10K (all ages), 3K (U14 & Under) mass start 10am at Upper Moore Ball Field); 1K (U12 & Under) mass start at 11am at Upper Moore Ball Field. Please note start was changed from Lower Moore Ball Field to Upper Moore.
Course: Courses will be set the morning of the race.
Food & Drink: Please bring your own energy bars and hydration.
Parking: Please use Middle School (preferred) or High School parking lots
Raffle/Results Announcements: Raffle and results will be announced after the race.
