Join us for the return of the Friday morning Uphill Socials!
The Ute Mountaineer will be hosting the first Uphill Social of the year this Friday February 4th at 8:45am at the Cliffhouse restaurant on Buttermilk.
We are offering FREE Uphill Ski rentals for anyone who participates! Pick up Thursday (2/3) after 2pm at the Ute and return Friday by 12pm and the rental is free!* There will also be Free Prize Giveaways, and plenty of sweat and smiles. We’ll see you there!
*Free Rentals only available at the Ute Mountaineer. Please bring a credit card for security deposit, all rentals must have the user present to sign a waiver. We need your patience, our rental staff will be extremely busy as we expect to run out of rental equipment on Thursday 2/3*
Please note that an Uphill Pass is required to uphill on Aspen Snowmass Ski Areas (Aspen, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, Snowmass). Masks required inside the Cliffhouse - join us in being COVID conscious by grabbing a table outside.

The Uphill Social is a weekly gathering of community members who skin, snowshoe, and hike up Buttermilk mountain together. The Cliffhouse restaurant opens early to provide uphillers delicious breakfast options.
If you’re looking for an uphill buddy there is usually a group ready to walk at 7:30am from the base of the Tiehack chair lift.
