Join us for the 11th Annual Pristine Riders Trash Crush, a community litter clean-up and environmental stewardship event hosted by Pristine Riders — a local 501c3 non-profit combining a love for cycling and environmental stewardship — and Sun Dog Athletics, celebrating 30 years as Aspen's Adventure Sports School.
Volunteers will clean up litter along Hwy 82 east of Aspen, East of Aspen Trail, ABC Trail, Castle Creek Rd., Maroon Creek Rd., McClain Flats Rd., and Owl Creek Rd. — all in partnership with CDOT's Adopt-A-Highway program. Orange safety vests, trash bags, and brand new state-of-the-art litter grabbers will be provided.
The first 25 volunteers to sign up receive: A complimentary alfresco lunch courtesy of the NEW 520 Grill, a team photo, Trashy Awards, and a volunteer raffle with special prizes from Ute Mountaineer, Aspen Sauna Co., and Aspen Emporium.
Who can participate: Adults 18 and older, and kids 7 and older accompanied by an adult. Please come prepared with sun protection, long pants, work gloves, water, and extra layers.
Register: Email sundog@sopris.net or call (970) 925-1069.
Rain or shine. Presented in partnership with Pitkin County Solid Waste Center, the City of Aspen, Aspen Elks, and Aspen Après Ski School.
