Center and are
due back on

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- Any equipment
returned damaged or incomplete will result in a
charge of the repair/replacement value
to customers
credit
card.
- Any equipment
not returned by 3/22/12 will result in a
charge to the customer's credit card equal to
the
retail value of the
rented equipment.

Any equipment
returned early will not be entitled to a refund or
partial refund.
