Duncan
Callahan
resides
in
Gunnison,
CO. with
his wife
Annie.
Callahan,
a
professional
cross-country
ski
coach,
has bee
running
ultra
events
for
three
full
season
and
looks to
continue
his
impressive
results
in the
future.
As a
Team
Vasque
athlete
Callahan
is proud
to run
in
Vasque
footwear
and be a
part of
the
6-member
group of
athletes
from all
over the
country.
Callahan
has many
podium
finishes
to his
credit
thus far
in his
short
career,
including
a 1st
place in
the 2007
Desert
Ultra 50
miler, a
3rd
place
finish
in the
2008 Sam
Juan
Solstice
50
miler, a
1st
place
finish
in the
prestigious
Leadville
100 in
2008. In
addition,
Callahan
was on
the
podium
in 7
different
events
in 2009:
2nd
place at
the
Rocky
Raccoon
50 miler
in
Huntsville,
TX: 1st
place at
the Moab
100 in
March:
1st
place at
the
Spring
Desert
Ultra 25
miler in
April;
3rd
place at
the 2009
Leadville
100 in
August.
Most
recently,
Callahan
pulled
off a
victory
by
setting
a course
record
at the
Grand
Teton 50
miler in
Wyoming.
Callahan,
still
competing
in 2009,
is
looking
to build
on his
results
for the
2010
season.
